Treatments · Collagen Biostimulator
Gradual, natural volume that lasts.
Sculptra works quietly beneath the surface, prompting your skin to make fresh collagen so volume returns gradually and naturally. Rather than filling a line today, it rebuilds the foundation that keeps your face looking firm and rested for months to come.

What it treats
How it works
Sculptra is made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible material the body safely breaks down over time. Once injected, it gently stimulates your skin’s fibroblasts to produce new collagen, which is what rebuilds volume and firmness. The product itself absorbs, while the collagen it generates is what you see and keep — which is why results appear gradually and look natural.
What to expect
Every treatment starts with a proper consultation — never a hard sell. Here’s how it works from first visit to follow-up.
A relaxed, no-pressure consultation to understand your concern, your goals and your medical history.
An honest, personalised recommendation — only what will genuinely help, explained in plain language.
Carried out carefully by a trained practitioner, with your comfort and a natural result the priority.
Clear aftercare and a follow-up review, so we can track your result and adjust if needed.
Questions, answered
Yes — poly-L-lactic acid has a long track record and is gradually and safely broken down by the body. As with any injectable, it should only be carried out by a qualified medical practitioner after a proper consultation.
Most people find it very manageable. The area can be numbed beforehand, and you may feel pressure or a brief sting rather than real pain. Mild soreness afterwards is normal.
Results commonly last up to around two years, making it one of the longer-lasting injectable options.
Filler adds volume instantly; Sculptra instead prompts your own body to build collagen, so results appear slowly and tend to last longer and look more natural.
Not straight away. Because it relies on new collagen forming, most people notice changes from about 6–12 weeks, building with each session.
Yes — the gradual nature of Sculptra is exactly why results look subtle. You should look refreshed and rested rather than obviously ‘done’.
Most people need a short course of two to three sessions, spaced a few weeks apart, tailored to your goals at consultation.
No — unlike hyaluronic acid filler, Sculptra cannot be dissolved, which is why an experienced injector and careful planning matter.
