Small amounts of hyaluronic acid filler are placed at precise points around the nose to even out the profile and refine the shape — for example, building above and below a bump so the bridge reads as straight. It reshapes by adding strategic structure, not by removing tissue. Because the nose is a higher-risk area, it must only be performed by an experienced medical injector using dissolvable hyaluronic acid, with emergency protocols in place.

Is a non-surgical nose job safe?
It’s generally safe in experienced, medically qualified hands using hyaluronic acid. However, the nose is a higher-risk area, so practitioner expertise, knowledge of the anatomy and emergency protocols are essential. Seek immediate help for severe pain, skin colour changes or any visual disturbance after treatment.
Does it hurt?
Discomfort is usually mild and brief. Numbing cream is applied first and the filler often contains anaesthetic, so most people tolerate it well.
How long does it last?
Results commonly last around 9–18 months, after which a top-up maintains the shape.
Can it make my nose smaller?
It can’t physically reduce size, but by smoothing a bump or refining the profile it can make the nose look smaller and more balanced.
